Nautilus Electrics Code of Practice
Nautilus Electrics believes that every person has the right to Electrical Safety
In addition to this, the following rules are strictly observed at all times:
Every Client shall receive:
Fair and reasonable treatment without fear of discrimination of any kind
Respect for themselves, family and anyone else in their property at all times
Care for their property and possessions
Clear and timely communication on all matters concerning them
Explanation of all works in as much detail as desired
Certificates that are full and accurate for any relevant work within 3 working days
Safe work of a high standard using quality materials
All work completed shall:
Be fully compliant with BS7671:2018+AMD2:2022 and any other relevant standards
Be completed safely and minimise any unnecessary noise, damage and waste
Show a high standard of workmanship and care
Plan ahead to take future maintenance and alterations into account
Result in a site that is safe or at a minimum safer than it was previous to work commencing
Every Employee shall:
Be on time and presentable for work
Work diligently and to a high standard
Ask for help where needed, and provide help when asked
Keep the work area tidy, as well as any access routes affected by the work
Be polite and respectful to clients and anyone else encountered while at work
Every Employee shall receive:
Fair and reasonable treatment without fear of discrimination of any kind
A safe working environment with proper provision of protective equipment
Support and guidance where needed without fear of reprimand
Fair rates of pay which recognise the UK Real Living Wage
Fair working hours and freedom to leave site for personal commitments
All operations undertaken by the company shall:
Minimise environmental impact
Show integrity and accountability
Inspire confidence and trust
